Michael Paul Foland, 19, of Rockwood, died Tuesday in Roane Medical Center, Harriman.
He was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Rockwood. He was a 2000
graduate of Rockwood High School and was presently attending the University of Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Catherine Foland; father,
Raymond "Cotton: Headrick and aunt, Darlene
Green.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Millie and William Forrester of Rockwood;
sister, Elishea Gilreath and husband Chris of Rockwood; grandparents, John and Faye
Stinnett of Rockwood; nieces Christa and Sydney Gilreath of Rockwood; other relatives,
John Stinnett, Jr. of Kingston and Annette Clark of Soddy-Daisy; aunts, Sharon Roberts
and Linda Hicks, both of Rockwood and Debbie Treadway of Powell; several other aunts and
uncles and a host of many friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Evans Mortuary with the
Rev. Robert DePriest officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family
will receive friends Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Evans Mortuary
