"NY Times, Jan 23, 1925. Mrs. Marmaduke Tilden. Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock this afternoon in the chapel of St. George’s Church, Stuyvesant Square, for Mrs. Anna P. Tilden, widow of Marmaduke Tilden, for many years well known in the social life of this city and Madison, N.J. Mrs. Tilden died Tuesday at her home, 400 South Fifteenth Street, Philadelphia, after a week’s illness. She married Mr. Tilden in 1881 and made her home here until 1905, then moving to Philadelphia, where her sons, Marmaduke and Morris Tilden, reside. A daughter by an earlier marriage, to William P. Price, lives in Brooklyn."
