Native Boone Countian Leaves Wife and Six Children
James T. Barnes of 401 South Fifth street died at 3:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, after a long illness, of a complication of diseases. The funeral services were held at the home this afternoon, conducted by the Rev. M.A. Hart. Burial was in Columbia Cemetery.
Mr. Barnes was born in Boone County February 4, 1856. He has been a resident of Columbia fifteen years. He is survived by his wife and six children, James F. Barnes of Fulton and Bessie, Alice, Carrie, Ruth and Helen Barnes all of Columbia
