ROBERT J. ADAMS
Robert J. Adams, 75, a former resident of Campbellsport, died Sunday at
Downey Veterans Hospital, Downey, Ill., where he had been a patient for
several years.
He was born Jan. 29, 1894, in Beaver Dam, a son of James and Phoebe Adeline
Rogers Adams.
Mr. Adams was a veteran of World War I, having been wounded in France on
Nov. 1, 1918. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Campbellsport,
and the American Legion.
Surviving are one brother, Ri9chard Adams of Campbellsport; and nieces and
nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Twohig Funeral Home
Campbellsport. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
