BRUSH Charles Robert "Bob" Brush, 86, born September 4, 1922, passed away May 14, 2009 at Riverside Hospital. Long-time member of former St. Marks Lutheran Church and served as usher, Council and Secretary for the Foundation. Veteran of the U.S. Army as Pfc., serving in WW II. Member of American Legion Post 614, Hilliard, OH, lifetime member of Sertoma Club and Hilliard Alumni Assoc. He graduated from Hilliard High School, 1940, and received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. He retired from the Palmer Donavin Mfg. Co. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Mary Peters Brush, and brother Albert. Survived by wife of 62 years, Mary Salzgaber Brush; sister, Alice (Charles) Johnson; nephews, Charles (Lori) and Lynn Johnson; sisters-in-law, Clara (Fred) Olsen, Bellingham, Wash., Betty S. Patch and Betty Salzgaber; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Sunday 3-6 p.m., where service will be Monday 10 a.m. with his nephew Rev. Ralph Salzgaber officiating. Interment Union Cemetery.
