Celeste, age 61, passed away April 7, 2014, after suffering from Huntington's Disease for the last 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Claudine Abernathy; two sisters, Pauline Abernathy Singleton and Marcella Abernathy Robinson. She is survived by two sisters, Dolores Abernathy Washington and Dorothy Abernathy. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Fowler Cemetery.
