Dorothy Gubanski Banaszak, 81, Maumelle died Dec. 3.
She was a lifelong member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, a member
of Rosary Solidarity and the Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, August J. Banaszak; her parents, John
and Frances Gubanski; and a sister, Connie Malchaski.
She is survived by her son, August L. Banaszak of Maumelle; a daughter, Bernice
Allgaier and husband Mike of Whitehouse, Texas; two brothers, Chester and Joe
Gubanski of North Little Rock; a sister, Leona Beck of North Little Rock; and
four grandchildren, Emily and Eric Banaszak of North Little Rock and Kevin and
Daniel Allgaier of Whitehouse.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or
Immaculate Heart of Mary School in North Little Rock.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Dec. 6 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic
Church. Burial followed in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
