May Mozell Ballard, 72, of Modesto died Thursday at her daughter's home in Modesto.
Mrs. Ballard was a native of Shawnee, Okla., and had lived in Modesto since 1986. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Debra Mower, Diana Fee and Carla Nelson, all of Modesto, and Kearyn Nelson of Antioch; brothers, Harold Ballard and Bud Ballard, both of Lafayette; and five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Oakmont Cemetery, Lafayette. Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
