Obit: Mrs. P.F. (Tomie) Allison, 71, of Little River died at 1 a.m. Saturday (Oct 10, 1964) in a Temple hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Little River. The Rev. W.O. Hopson will officiate, assisted by the Rev. J.W. Gill and the Rev. Middleton Moorehead Jr. Burial will be in Wilson Valley Cemetery.
Mrs. Allison was born Jan. 6, 1893 in Alabama and came to Texas as a small child. She was married to Pack Allison of Little River July 23, 1911. They made their home in Little River more than 50 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Little River.
She is survived by her husband; a sister, Mrs. A.G. Baird of Little River; a brother, J.C. Tomlinson of Cleburne; and a number of nieces and nephews. Her two sons died in infancy.
Pallbearers will be Dois Tomlinson, Howard Allison, Curtis Ford, Lillard Allison, Gilford Allison and Theron Allison.
