Leroy Eugene Barnett, 82, of Sand Springs, OK went to be with his Lord Thursday, November 5, 2003. He was born in Oilton, OK, November 30, 1920. Leroy was a retired Teacher and served aboard the USS Saratoga during WWII. He was preceded in death by one stepson, Guy Parr. Funeral service will be Sunday, November 9, 2003 at 2 p.m., at the First Grace Church in Glenpool, OK. Interment will be Monday, November 10, 2003, at 10 a.m., at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Sapulpa.
