Born Charles Finley Justice in Sioux, Yancey, North Carolina abt. 1887 and adopted by Martha E. Curley Chambers bef.1900. Moved and married Luella Jane Brown in Marion, Grant, Indiana. Had three sons, Charles Norman, Russell Lloyd, Bernard Vaughn. Second Marriage to Eula Vaughn Curley, Martha Curley Chambers granddaughter, they lived in El Monte, California. They had one daughter, Ruby Ellen. Heart attack at friend's house, 3216 Stockbridge, Los Angeles. Resided at 318 N. Nicholson Ave., Monterey Park. Charles was a draftsman and builder. He worked on building the Wendover, Utah Army Air Base in the mid 40s.
