CAMBRIDGE, O. - Walter Hill, 66, of 637 Water street, passed away Saturday evening at 7:45 o'clock at the Heskett rest home on Clay avenue. He had been in ill health for the past two years since suffering a stroke.
Born in Jefferson township, a son of Parkinson and Ruth Miller Hill, he had resided his entire lifetime in this community. On January 29, 1904, he was united in marriage to Maude Cramblett, who survives.
He leaves besides his widow, one son, Fred Hill,of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Grace Guilliam, of the home; Mrs. Mabel Cassella of Weirton, W.Va. and Mrs. Edith Colburn of Lansing, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary E. Fulton of Cambridge Rt. 2 and Mrs. Judith Colvin of Coshocton avenue, Cambridge; one half-sister, Miss Ethel Durben of Newcomerstown and seven grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Bundy funeral home, North 11th street where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be made in Northwood cemetery.
