Glendora was born on January 13, 1901, in Yorktown, Salem, New Jersey to Horace G. and Jennie Goforth Lewis. She was living with her parents on Yorktown Road in Alloway in 1910. She completed two years of high school before marring James V. Andrews in Alloway on August 25, 1918. James earned his living as a farm laborer
They were living on Yorktown-Daretown Road in Pilesgrove, Salem, New Jersey in 1920 but moved to Upper Pittsgrove, Salem, New Jersey by 1930. They had two children, Elizabeth M. Andrews and Gladys Ruth Andrews. In 1940, James, Glendora, and Gladys were living on Wood Mill Road in Upper Pittsgrove. In 1942, James was working for George Press in Monroeville and was living in Elmer, Salem, New Jersey. James died on July 18, 1971, in Elmer and was buried in the Woodstown Baptist Burial Ground in Woodstown, New Jersey. Glendora died in Elmer on April 18, 1987. She was buried in the Woodstown Baptist Burial Ground in Woodstown.
