Capt. Charles H. Brock, the ever popular Clyde Line St. Johns river captain, died suddenly of acute indigestion at his home in Jacksonville last night. Capt. Brock had been subject to these spells frequently of late. He passed Palatka on the trip down of the Frederick du Barry Wednesday night and his sudden death will be a shock to his hosts of friends in this city. Capt. Brock was about 60 years of age and had spent the major portion of his life on the St. Johns river.
