She was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Bennett, her mother Maxine Davies, her father Robert Barber, her brother Michael Beel, and her grandparents Allen and Mayme Martin.
She is survived by two sons, Leo Adams and Alan Adams, and grandchildren, Alan II, Luciana, and Liliana Adams.
She retired from East Memphis Orthopedic Group. She was a member of the 19th Century Club, Cotton Carnival, and the Hospital Auxiliary. She volunteered at Juvenile Court and Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Visitation will be at High Point Funeral Home at Thursday June 27, 5-7 p.m. Services will be graveside at Palestine Cemetery in Batesville, Arkansas. Monday July 1st at 2:30 p.m.
