|Death: ||Apr. 14, 1911|
The death certificate and the cemetery record are horribly erroneous for dates, his name, and name of parents. The cause of death on the certificate states he died of Pernicious Malaria at St. Paul Sanitorium in Dallas, Texas and his occupation was electrician.
