UNION - Betty Coleman Bishop, 69, of 698 Bishop Road died Sept. 14, 1998, at her home after a brief illness.
A native of Buffalo, she was the daughter of the late Eunice Coleman.
She was a member of Lower Fairforest Baptist Church and was retired from United Merchants Buffalo Plant.
Surviving are her husband, W. Earl Bishop Jr.; a daughter, Cathy B. Patrick of the home; two sons, Roger D. Bishop of Union and Earl Wayne Bishop of Enoree; a sister, Frances A. Elliott of Buffalo; a niece, reared in the home, Beth Mattison of Ware Shoals; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. today at Lower Fairforest Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by the Revs. Jim Cunningham and Joe Wilson Smith.
The family is at the home, 698 Bishop Road, Union.
