Mrs. Pugh was born March 6, 1896 at Holley, and was raised in the Crawfordsville area. She was married June 1917, here in Brownsville, to William M. Pugh, who preceded her in death in 1956. The family moved to Oakridge in 1922, residing there until returning to Brownsville in 1948, where Mrs. Pugh lived until last October, when she moved to Kelso, Wash., (where a son and two daughters live.)

Her family here reports that Mrs. Pugh had been in failing health during the recent years; but was not considered really serious condition until last month; until after she was taken to the Medical School for a check-up. There should be one more child born deceased to Annie and William. My grandmother will never be forgotten.
