Clara was the wife of George A. Sadler.
Obituary: Born to Mr. and Mrs. Abe Cruiz in Shephard, Texas. Joined Lake Station Baptist Church. At age 18 she married George Sadler of Augusta, Anderson County. To this union twelve children were born. During this time She united with the Roaches Chapel A.M.E. Church, where she remained faithful until she moved with her family in 1954. She then united with First St. Mark Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Dr. Cook and remained under the present pastor Rev. W.L. Weathers.
She leaves to mourn: ten children; thirty-six grandchildren; ninety great grandchildren; a host of great great grandchildren.
