He was born at Kennedy, Nebr., and served with the U.S. Navy during WWI. He farmed in the Kenmare area before retiring and moving to Mesa about fifteen years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; three sons, Clarence Bushey of Rockland, Ca., Millard Bushey of Fairfield, Ca., and Larry Bushey of Bismarck; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Olson of Fremont, Ca., one brother, Ralph Baker of Gordon, Nebr.; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Case of Gordon, Nebr., and Mrs. Ruth Rice of Chadron, Nebr.; three nephews and three nieces.
