Aurora, a native of Chico, New Mexico and resident of Santa Cruz, New Mexico; passed away at the St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe. She was survived by daughter Ann A. Tena of Santa Cruz; 2 brothers: Ted and Leo Archuleta of Maxwell; sister Cecilia Cordova of Rock Springs, Wyoming; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
Funeral services were on 9 Jan 1998 in St. Vincent's de Paul Catholic Church in Maxwell. Burial was in the Maxwell Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers: Martin Lopez, Michael Salazar, Charles Salazar, Berlyn Salazar, Leo Salazar, and Darrell Salazar. Honorary pallbearers: Bryan Salazar and Leon Salazar.
