Fannie W. P. Moody

Mrs. Fannie Wessman Parker Moody. 75, 272 Almond St., died in a Salt Lake hospital Saturday at 8:25 p.m. of causes incident to age.

Born May 10, 1873 in Sweden, she was a daughter of John H. and Amanda Hall Wessman. She came to Salt Lake City in 1886 as a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From 1917 to 1941 she lived in Berkeley and Oakland, Cal.

She was married to Joseph A. Parker in Salt Lake City in 1890. They were divorced and she was married to William A. Moody in the Salt Lake Temple April 30, 1932.

An active member of the LDS church, Mrs. Moody was president of the Primary Assn. and the Relief Society in Berkeley.

Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Fannie Parker Brown, Salt Lake City; Edith Marie Parker, Oakland; two brothers, Joseph Wessman, Los Angeles; and John Herbert Wessman, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
