Died 8:40 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 1987, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 29, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Desselle Funeral Home, 1 to 4 p.m. Friday. Religious services at Greater Morning Star Baptist Church, 7480 Highland Road, at 8 p.m. Friday, conducted by Dr. Charles L. Burris. Dismissal at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment in Stockade Cemetery . Survived by husband, Michael D. Allen; two daughters, Tammy Rena Jones and Keisha LaGail Allen; a son, Michael Ramon Allen; mother, Shirley Cyprain Bell; stepfather, Hayward Cyprain; grandfather, Raymond Jones; two sisters, Brenda Guerin and Geraldine Jackson; two brothers, Fate Weatherspoon and Rufus Jackson; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by father, Louis Jackson; and grandmother, Emily Severan Jones. She was a member of Greater Morning Star Baptist Church and a 1976 graduate of McKinley High School and a member of Greater Morning Star Baptist Church.
