WHITESBORO — Services for Frances Marion Baum, 91, of Whitesboro are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro with Dr. Roy Spore officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro under the direction of the Huff Funeral Home of Whitesboro.Visitation will be at the Huff Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. The family will receive friends at the home of Waunema and Charlie Baum at 207 Water St. in Whitesboro at 7 p.m. today.Pallbearers are Arthur Huffman, John Dennis, Richard Taylor, Phil Harris, Taylor Harris, Wayman Chilcutt, Kevin Garvin, and Mike Cox. Honorary pallbearers are Dee Welch, John Moczygemba, Ken Biggers and Trent West and members of the Sunday school class.Mrs. Baum died Saturday, April 1, 2006, at the Whitesboro Nursing Home in Whitesboro.She was born Dec. 3, 1914, in the Dixie Community in Grayson County to Grace Elson (Gordon) and W.G. Boston Sr. On Dec. 23, 1933, she married Alonzo Wilson Baum in the Dixie Community. She taught Sunday school at the First Baptist Church in Whitesboro and First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro. She was a member of the Modern Arts Club and P.E.O. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Whitesboro.Survivors include her son, George Allen Baum of Edmond, Wash.; sister, Gracie Harkness of Mesquite; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1996; and a daughter, Nana Grace Gomez.Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church; P.O.
