Birth: Oct. 22, 1774
Hillsborough County
New Hampshire, USA
Death: Jun. 8, 1851
Addison County
Vermont, USA

I entered the information below about Moses Gove, elder, but since one does not see the stone this could be his son, Moses Dennis Gove, b. 1816. More research needed, but I will keep in the information about Moses Gove, the father:

His first wife, and mother to his children, was Hanna Chase, 21 Mar 1776 to 15 Sep 1831, daughter of Nathan G. Chase and Phebe Hoag. One reference, "American Ancestry: giving the Name and Descent, in the male line, of Americans whose Ancestors settled in the United States previous to the Declaration of Independence, A. D. 1776" by Thomas Patrick Hughes, Frank Munsell, 1889, p. 122, gives her maiden name as "Green" which seems to be an error.

(email correspondence from Findagrave member Rose Scholes on Apr 22 2013 confirms that his first wife was Hannah Gove nee Chase (memorial 77367459) as below.

Moses married Martha Worth on 15 May 1834. After she was widowed, she married Dr. Benjamin Taber.

I did not see his stone in 2010. Perhaps it was there, the cemetery was very overgrown and I may have missed it.
