Mrs. Susie Hanson, 52 and Luella May White, 17 Burned
The J.R. Hanson home one mile East of Carnegie burned Wednesday of last week. They are buried in the Mount Scott Cemetery.
Mrs. Susie Hanson was born November 25, 1898 at Anadarko. She grew up in the Meers community near Mount Scott. She and Mr. Hanson were married at Lawton on June 13, 1923.
She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Rosella Romick, of Claremore and Alice Orfiana of Niland, Calif.; a son, Clifford Powell of Apache; two brothers, Joseph Kaulay and Casper Kaulay of Carnegie; one sister Mattie Coosewon of Lawton; step-father, Dr. J.F. Rowell of Meers and two grandsons, George Calvin White and Clifford James White, 8 who lived with the Hansons also eight half-brothers and 3 half sisters all survives.
Luella May White was born April 29, 1933 at Lawton. Besides her grandparents with whom she has lived with all her life. She is survived by two brothers Calvin and Clifford and her mother, Alice Orfiano. She was a senior at Carnegie High School.
