Funeral services for A.J. Ulyssus Allen will be Wednesday, April 11, 2007, 2:00 pm at Fredericks Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wayne Prickett officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 10, 2007, 5-8:00 pm at Fredericks Funeral Home. Mr. Allen was born to parents Andrew Jackson Allen and Flossy Mae Barlow Allen November 27, 1931 in Fayetteville, TN and died April 8, 2007. He served his country in the US Army and was a textile loom fixer by trade. He is survived by his daughter Seana Allen Bledsoe and son-in-law Kenneth S. Bledsoe and grandson, Kenneth Ryan Bledsoe; Seana's brothers and sisters, Jessie and Chris Taylor, Shelia Boutwell, Marlow Hornsby and Tiffany Freeman; Seana's mother, Brooksie Hollaway; brothers, Charles, Kenneth, Johnny and Billy Allen; sisters Jackie Brown and Mary Ann Jones and many nieces and nephews.
