O. L. Garrison Succumbs At 44

Otis Lee Garrison, 44, died yesterday afternoon in his home at 135 Chancellor Rd. after a six months illness.

A native of Crimora, he had resided here the past 30 years. He was employed by the Continental Life Insurance Company and was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Garrison; two sons, Otis L. Garrison Jr., and Ernest M. Garrison, both of Hampton; and father, M. O. Garrison, of this city.

Services will be held tomorrow at 4:30 in Peninsula Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Frank H. Van Dyck, past of Aldersgate Church. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Allen Spiers, Archie Spiers, George Shields, David Keith, Ralph Pattron, Lou L. Barham, Thomas H. Graham and John Banday. Other friends of the family will act as honorary pallbearers.
