Peggy Arlene (Hodges) Jorgensen
1943 - 2008
We'll see you later

Peggy followed on the wings of an angel into the white light from the results of cancer December 7, 2008, with her family by her side. Born Oct. 28, 1943 to Bill Hodges, and Eunice Wilkes., Peggy had a passion for life, she loved Elvis, The Utah Jazz, and Christmas. But most of all she loved her Grandchildren. She enjoyed singing Karaoke, dancing and was always happy with open arms and an open invitation into her house and her heart.

Peggy worked at A & R Meats then worked at and retired from O.C. Tanner, and recently prepared school lunch at Hillsdale Elementary to stay busy.

Preceded in death by her husband Robert D. Jorgensen and father Bill. Survived by children, Larry (Ellen) Bateman, Doug (Janet) Bateman, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, mother Eunice, and 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

The family would like to extend its gratitude and thanks to Hospice for their care and tenderness.

Services will be Friday, December 12th, 2:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Rd. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Friday.
