The will of Philo D. Deuel, late of Marion, was administered to probate and letters issued to Victor S. Deuel. The entire estate, consisting of $4,000 and personal estate of the value of $500, is given to Margaret J. Deuel during her life. At her death, ten acres are to be given to his son, Victor S. Deuel; to his daughters Annie L. Stern. Christina I. Sanger, Jennie P. Jameison and Carrie M. Deuel the balance of the real estate, consisting of forty acres in the town of Marion.
