Funeral Monday for Mrs. Blair
Services for Mrs. Josephine Foster Blair, 66, Dallas club woman who died here Friday night, will be held at 1 p. m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph R. Pelich, 716 West View. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Dallas.
Mrs. Blair, wife of Wiley Blair, died early Friday night at Mrs. Pelich's home. She had been in ill health for three years.
Other survivors are another daughter. Mrs. Herbert M. Hughes of Dal- las; three sons. Wiley Blair Jr., Colorado Springs; Edwin Foster Blair and James Grant Blair of New York; a sister, Miss Willie M. Foster, Dallas, and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Blair, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Foster, was born at Tuscaloosa, Ala., and was brought to Texas when she was 5. The family settled first at Ladonia. later moving to Weatherford where she was reared. In 1886 she married Mr. Blair and the couple moved to Wichita Falls in 1904, living there until 1917, when they moved to Dallas.
She was a charter member of the Dallas Woman's Club, a member of the Standard Club and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Mrs. Wiley Blair, 66, who died Friday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph R. Pelich, 716 West View, will be buried in Oakland Cemetery at Dallas Monday after serv- ices at 1 p. m. at the Pelich resi- dence. Mrs. Blair was prominent in Dallas club circles. She was reared in Weatherford and lived in Wichita Falls from 1904 until 1917.
