On June 17, 1972 he was married to Janice Kay James, who survives him, of the home. He is also survived by a son, Gary B. Alderson; by his father Artie of Berryville; by an uncle; Dick Snow of Berryville; by an aunt, Estelle Hollis of Colorado; several cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother and by his grandparents, Charles Franklin Hollis and Mary Alice(Smith)Hollis.
Services were held at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville, Bro. Mark Carter officiating.
