Marie Alice Davis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grover C. Davis of Willmar, Minnesota, was born April 22, 1920 and passed away on May 5, 1947 t St. Peter, Minnesota. She attained the age of 27 years, and 13 days.
Remaining to mourn her departure are her parents and one brother Ralph L. Davis and son Ralphie and Jean Davis a sister-in-law of Springfield, Mass. Also many relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday May 8th, in the Methodist Church in Herman at 2 o’clock p.m.
The services were conducted by the Rev. Raymond F. Mattock; burial was in the Lakeside Cemetery.
Pall bears were Fred Schultz, John Kramer, Roland Davis, Stanley Davis, Claire Davis and John Davis.
