Isaac Irwin Page was the only son of William E. Page and Elizabeth Olmstead.
He ran away from home and enlisted in the Civil War.
Enlisted as a Private on 22 November 1861 Enlisted in Company H, 44th Infantry Regiment Indiana on 22 November 1861

He died in Savannah,Tennessee from wounds received in The Battle of Shiloh, on April 7, 1862.
