George Huffman In Dec of 1965 he was stricken with a severe head ache which was diagnosed as a cerebral aneurysm. He was in the hospital for several months battling with the off and on again leaking which caused severe head aches and temporary partial paralysis. The aneurysm was located in the deep center of his brain. Towards the end of January 1966 he was well enough to undergo surgery. It was the most difficult surgery ever preformed at the Mc Kennan Hospital in Sioux Falls at that time. He survived for several days after the surgery and then passed away on January 31,1966. He would have been 54 in April.
