Edna F. St. Clair, 85, of Newport, died at Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport Friday Nov. 13, 1981.
Born in Plains, Mont., Feb. 19, 1896 she had been a resident of Newport since 1920 and was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church. Her husband George L. St. Clair preceded her in death in 1963.
Survivors are two daughters, Della Tolly of Newport, and Bonnie Martin of Beaverton, three sons, Alton G. St. Clair of Toledo, Elmo St. Clair of Lincoln City, and Mearl M. St. Clair of Milwaukee, Wisc.;a brother, Milton H. Blackman of Portland; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Mrs. St. Clair were held Monday Nov. 16 at the First United Presbyterian Church in Newport. Interment followed in the Eureka Cemetery in Newport.
Bateman funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
