Treva J.L. Robison entered into her eternal rest on Sunday, Dec.14, 2008, at the age of 95. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at Caldwell Christian Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Treva was born Feb. 9, 1913, the fifth of nine children at Highland, Ore., to John J. and Ida M. Wallace. At the early age of 2, Treva moved with her family to Sunny Slope where she has since resided. She attended school at Sunny Slope and graduated from Caldwell High School in 1932. Treva met her future husband, Earl Robison, in June of 1932 and they were married Sept. l3, 1933, at her parents' home. To this union were born two sons, Tom and Jim. Treva spent many years with her husband and sons, helping on the Robison Fruit Ranch.

As an active member of First Christian Church, she was interested in youth and women's meetings. She always had time for the kids. Another interest was the growth and development of Boise Bible College where Treva was selected as Woman of the Year in 1978. For many years she was a substitute teacher at Marsing High School and also taught Head Start and supervised study hall at Vallivue. She always took an active interest in her sons' and grandchildren's school activities.
After her retirement, Treva spent many hours quilting, embroidering and crocheting. Her families were kept supplied and warm from her busy fingers. Proverbs 31: 10-31. She was a member of Eastern Star, Iras Temple and Nile Club #19 in which she was still active in her later years.

Treva is survived by her two sons, Tom and Jim and their wives; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; her parents, John and Ida Wallace; six brothers, Yordy, Lorin, Linn, Keith, Jack and Lester; and two sisters, Norma Renz and Nellie Robison.
