R.B. Spicer, an old and highly respected citizen of this community died at the home of his adopted daughter, Mrs. John Harris, Sunday. The funeral services were held Monday at the home and the body was taken to a cemetery near Foster MO for burial. (Woodfin Cemetery)
Mr. Spicer was born in Ohio, June 5, 1842 and was 81 years, eight months, and 28 days old. He was an upright, honest man, who had many friends who regret to hear of his death.
