Services were at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, at Crowder Baptist Church, where she was a member, with Rev. Harvey Sewell and Rev. Ben James officiating. Burial was in the Crowder Cemetery. Kimbro Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bailey, who was born January 12, 1934, in Itawamba County, is survived by her husband, James Bailey of Crowder; two sons, Randy Lamar Bailey of Crowder and Darron Lane Bailey of Horn Lake; a daughter, Tammy Bailey Houston of Olive Branch; two sisters, Evonne McCain and Jessie Sullivant, both of Plantersville; three brothers, George Holland of Walls, Billy Holland of Smithville and O. C. Holland of Crisfield, MD; and six grandchildren.
