Mary L. Bohlin of Peekskill on November 25 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. She was 73, born on February 1, 1928 to Peter and Allida Young Mattich in Verplanck. She was educated at the local Catholic schools. In November of 1945 she married her husband, Helge Bohlin. They resided in Peekskill until 2000 when they moved to Hopewell Jct. Throughout Mrs. Bohlin's life she enjoyed crocheting and reading. She is survived by her children, Thomas Bohlin of Peekskill, Patricia Jackson of Hopewell Jct. and Pamela Hard of Beacon. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, Matthew Jackson of Hopewell Jct., Peter Bohlin and Jeffrey Bohlin of Marretta, GA. Mrs. Bohlin was predeceased by her husband in January, 2001 and 2 of her sons, Peter and David several years ago. Funeral services will be private at the E.O. Curry Funeral Home, Inc., 313 N. James St., Peekskill.
