Henry Hose died this morning at 9 o'clock at his home on Locust St, near Bethel, of a paralysis, aged 78 years. He was in perfect health until stricken at 9:30 o'clock Sunday night.
He leaves a wife of his second marriage and twelve sons and daughters of his first marriage. His sons are Lewis P., of Fairview; William, Martin, Samuel, Daniel, and daughters, Mrs. Harry Lum, Mrs. James Bragunier, tollgate on Western Pike; Mrs. Annie Davis, Mrs. James Jacobs, Mrs. Samuel Delauter, Mrs. George Gibney of Hagerstown.
Funeral will leave the house Wednesday at 8 a.m.; Internment at St. Paul's Church near Clear Spring; services by Rev. E. H. Jones.

*His second wife was Annie R. Young.
They were married May 27, 1890 in Hagerstown.
