The church that his body went to before burial was Union Chapel Methodist Church in Rio. West Virginia....from what I can gather the church is now Hotts Chapel United Methodist Church 10108 Grassy Lick Road, Rio, West Virginia

ABRAHAM BEAN
Abraham R. Bean, a retired farmer of the southern end of the county, died Sunday in Morgan County War Memorial Hospital here where he had been a patient for two weeks.
Born in Grant county April 14, 1875, he was a son of the late J. and Martha Garrett Bean. His wife, the former Bertie Wolfe, died 30 years ago.
Two sons--Russell L. and Leonard O., of Akron, O., survive with a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Roy Bean, Berkeley Springs, Route 3, with whom he made his home; one sister, Mrs. Laura Hartman, of Keyser, 10 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
The body remained at the Helsley Funeral Home until Wednesday where it was removed to Union Chapel Methodist Church at Rio, of which he was a member, for services at 2 p.m. Burial in Green Lane, near Rio.
