Franklin Kenneth Bailey, 84, Kalamazoo, Mich., died at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 11, 1985) in Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Mr. Bailey resided in Huntington until June, 1980, when he moved to Kalamazoo.

He was employed at Sealtest Dairy Products, retiring in 1966, and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Amity Lodge 483 F&AM, Huntington, and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley, and Mizpah Temple, Fort Wayne.

He was born Feb. 17, 1901 in Polk Township to Riley Hartwell and Electra Florence Fisher Bailey, and his marriage was on May 6, 1922 to the former Laura Mildred Shell, who died Nov. 15, 1984.

Surviving are a daughter, Janet Jean Miller, Kalamazoo, and two grandaughters. A brother, Amamuel (Jim) Bailey and a sister, Ruth Eloise Fahrnow, are deceased. He is buried at Mt. Etna Cemetery. Mr. & Mrs. Bailey attended the Weller family reunion in 1929.
