Rita Sue Beck, 63, of Jessieville, Arkansas, died Sunday September 25, 2011, after a long illness. She was born May 28, 1948, in Curtis, Arkansas to Bill and Dollie Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Ralph and Robert Smith and Jerry West.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, Edward Eugene Beck, sons Billy and Bobby Derossitt of Hot Springs, step-sons Denver and Bobby Beck of Jessieville; sisters Judy Lowrey and Rose Wilson of Hot Springs; brothers Bill Smith of Malvern and Jack Wingfield of Hobbs, New Mexico; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; eight brothers and sister-in-laws; and best friend Rhonda Rivers.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth- Hale Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Center Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Thomas Jones Officiating.
Pallbearers include Tom Patton, Jason Hampshire, Philip Parmley, Art Branson, Chad Castleberry and Wayne Elliot.
