Funeral services for Danny C. Hamler, 32, will be held today (Friday), March 26, at 2p.m., at the First Baptist Church in Soldotna.
Visitation for friends was Thursday at 6p.m. at the Kenai Funeral Home. Hamler died March 19, in the Central Peninsula General Hospital after he suffered a stroke.
He was born Nov. 1, 1949, in Neodesha, Kansas.
He was a 16 year resident of Soldotna, where he and his father operated the Dan Hamler Kenai Peninsula Refrigeration. He graduated from Kenai Central High School.
Surviving are his parents, Dan and Triva Hamler, and his companion, Doris Gattenby. Graveside services at the Kasilof Cemetery will follow funeral services.
