In TN, the Elizabeth Reed that married John Green Allen, was in some way connected to the James & Robert Clinton Cody family. The Reeds, Codys & Allens are all found living close together in Tennessee, Benton County. someone that was present but could not. The two old people we moved in house
with are dead and I think they are the ones who assisted in burying my
husband. His (John Allen) brother and sisters live in Tennessee, they know he
is dead but I do not know where they live."
( Most likely John stayed in TN, and remarried ).

Maple Springs - This cemetery is in rural Independence County, about half way between Rosie and Oil Trough.
