He served as President of the Western States Sign Council for 19 years and as a member of the International Sign Association Board of Directors for four years. He sold Impact Signs to two of his sons and a trusted employee in 2008. Afterwards, he started a second company, NGL Supply with a partner Kenny Alton.

He loved the men that he served.
Keith loved taking his wife and children on family vacations. He always said he wanted his family to have wonderful memories of being together. He and Laura enjoyed traveling around the globe together with their friends the Dearings and the Garners. Keith spent many hours in his barn crafting woodworking projects for his home and family.
