Birth: Nov. 8, 1806
Death: Jul. 9, 1879

Born in Dorset, Bennington County, Vermont on Nov. 8, 1806 to John and Sophia Willard Myrick. Married to Mary Gray, in 1830, the daughter of John Gray, who was the son of Captain John Gray. They had two children: Evarts Dufay, and Myron N.. After Mary died, Isaac married Mariette Maynard on Jan.27th, 1842. In 1850 Isaac can be found in Lima N.Y. with Marriett and four children: Evarts, Myron, Mary J. and Horace. Occupation: Stonefitter. The 1860 census shows him in Kalamazoo County, Michigan with new wife, Malvina, Mary and Horace. Both older sons were serving in the Army. Evarts in the Oregon Territory, and Myron with the 16th Illinois Infantry during the Civil War. Younger brother, Horace, would follow in their foot steps to serve in the Army after the Civil War.
