Jessie was the daughter of Oliver J. Franke and Mamie Mae Mulvey Franke. Jessie's body was preserved in a casket for years by the Gypsies until her father was home from the military so she could be viewed and buried by Oliver J. Franke. She was laid to rest with her Grandmother and Grandfather: Anthony B. and Mary Theresa Franke of Forest Park, IL
