"Lola Belle Bronson
Tenino-Lola Belle Bronson, 93, a resident of the Offut Lake area since 1915, died in a Tumwater nursing home Friday, Oct 30.
She was born May 5, 1888, in Fairmont, Neb., and was a housewife and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Tenino. As an infant, she moved to Centralia when the state was still a territory.
She married Winthrop Lord Bronson on July 15, 1907, in Centralia and in 1914 moved to Offut Lake where they operated Bronson's Offut Lake Resort until 1969.
Survivors include a son, Don W. Bronson of Tenino; a granddaughter; two grandsons, and eight great-grandchildren.
A service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church of Tenino with the Rev. Don Gamewell officiating. Interment will be at the Washington Lawn Cemetery, Centralia.
Remembrances may be donations to First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund of Tenino. Arrangements are under the direction of Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary, Centralia."
